NYFC 2021 Final Report! + Immonen/Ottley Updates!

2 new artists...5 days of epic drops...160 pieces sold...NYFC 2021 is OVER! THANK YOU!

We hope you all had as much as we did this week. We wanted to hold a memorable event for all fans, with art available for all budgets. And we did, with prices ranging from $20 to $20,000. Our final five day tally:

Day One (Sketches): 61/61 pieces sold!

Day Two (Covers): 37/41 covers sold!

Day Three (Marcio Takara debut drop): 22/30 pages sold!

Day Four (Surprise Drop #1: Ottley/Stegman): 16/16 pieces sold! Including Ryan O's first HULK cover and Ryan S's Miles Morales Venom first appearance cover!

Day Five (Surprise Drop #2: Second Chances): 24/24 pieces sold!

That's 160 pieces sold out of 172 total! WOW! That beats our previous record of 158 pieces sold for SDFC 2021! I didn't think anything would ever top SDFC 2021...and yet, here we are! Another art event collectors will remember 20 years from now. Thanks and congrats to all collectors who added a piece to their collections! And as always, my thanks to our incredible artists...it all starts with them!

Including our two newest members, SANFORD GREENE and MARCIO TAKARA. I'm thrilled they've joined us. Thank you for the tremendous welcome for both of them. Marcio is on his way to selling out of his debut drop, and Sanford's art sold out during THREE separate drops! Coming right on the heels of a sellout 30-long commission list! We're just getting started with them...keep following for BIG things to come!

In other artist news, we will have an update soon for STUART IMMONEN. We have an announcement regarding his vintage work...as well as an upcoming reveal. Immonen fans, stay tuned!

And for those who have been asking about RYAN OTTLEY's appearance at Lucca Comics & Games in Italy this week: Sorry, no pre-show or at-show sketch lists. HOWEVER, he IS bringing a nice selection of pre-drawn sketches AND pages that will be available during his signings! I was able to go over everything with Ryan over the past few days and can tell you that if you are at Lucca, you do not want to miss this chance to browse his portfolio and see all of this art in person! A rare chance as he rarely has art at shows since it all sells out on our site! Good luck and have fun!
