For this first time in 2021: All-new STEPHEN GREEN original art from SEA OF STARS drops tomorrow, Wednesday, April 21st, at 9AM PDT/12PM EDT! First new art in over 6 months!

Coming off an acclaimed Mignolaverse stint (HELLBOY and LOBSTER JOHNSON), Stephen was hoping for a chance to do some creator-owned work he could call his own. As it turned out, superstar writer Jason Aaron was waiting for Stephen to become available to pitch him a project that he had been developing with Stephen in mind. Thus was born SEA OF STARS.

With SEA OF STARS, Stephen has been able to reach his full creative potential, synthesizing all his varied influences, from Miyazaki, to Kirby, to PIXAR, and beyond. No surprise then, that previously released original art has nearly all sold out.

To meet deadlines, recent SoS art had to be done digitally. But for this issue, #9, Stephen committed to paper. Because he knew it would be special. And it is. From the the movie-style poster, to the propulsive storytelling as we head toward the story's climax.
