Riley Rossmo ROBIN KING #1 original art dropping this week! ALL PAGES!
Published on October 27, 2020
SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: Riley Rossmo's ROBIN KING #1 original art is dropping THIS WEEK! ALL pages plus cover!
We usually give you all a day's notice before a drop...but for this one, we're giving you extra time to prepare! This could be our most popular single issue drop of the year, up there with Tradd Moore's SILVER SURFER: BLACK!
2017 saw the first appearance of The Batman Who Laughs. Riley was the artist for the key one-shot, THE BATMAN WHO LAUGHS #1. Fittingly, Riley was hand-picked by DC and DARK NIGHTS: DEATH METAL architect Scott Snyder for the special one-shot of the character who might now eclipse The Batman Who Laughs in popularity: Robin King.
Check out what the biggest comics news sites have to report about Robin King and ROBIN KING #1 (and all the praise lavished on Riley's art!):

Those who tried at THE BATMAN WHO LAUGHS #1 drop remember the frenzy. An instant sell-out. Fans and collectors who were lucky enough to score a page have appreciated how special that art is: Since then, not a single page has been resold. Collectors have held onto all of it.
ROBIN KING #1 represents another step up artistically and is now a career-best work for Riley. He gives it his all on every page; he knows that this work will be seen for years to come, and will help define his comics legacy. I'm not kidding...there's something going on in each page. Every page is a winner. Riley pulls out all the stops for art collectors, eschewing digital enhancements, and even laying down traditional screen tone so that all pages present beautifully.
Riley has been busy at DC this year with a series of stories featuring the biggest DC characters: Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Harley Quinn, and more. ALL TEN stories thus far have sold COMPLETE. However, we have decided to break up ROBIN KING #1 and make ALL the art available. There are 34 pages plus 1 cover...over twice as many pieces as BATMAN WHO LAUGHS #1. But, still, there will only be 35 lucky collectors when the art drops. So go out and grab a copy of ROBIN KING #1 now and be ready for our announcement! Thanks and we'll be back soon with the drop time!
