All-new ANDREW MACLEAN / HEAD LOPPER original art drops tomorrow, Fri. 9/25, at 9AM PDT/12PM EDT! + Updates! + CHAT!

Lots of updates to share today, but the most important news: All-new ANDREW MACLEAN original art from HEAD LOPPER will drop tomorrow, Friday September 25th, at 9AM PDT/12PM EDT! Almost 50 pieces! This is the most art Andrew has ever made available at once...and it's all HEAD LOPPER!

Like Mike Mignola and Eric Powell before him, Andrew has emerged as a key independent comics creator. HEAD LOPPER has become an industry unto itself, spawning toys, games, apparel, and more (and perhaps MUCH more soon!).

And since he's joined us earlier this year, his original art drops have become events for collectors. Overall, 68/75 pieces have sold. And no surprise, it's HEAD LOPPER that leads the way, with 49/53 pieces sold. Tomorrow will be HEAD LOPPER art ONLY, with an entire issue's worth of art (every page plus cover!) along with some other special pieces. HEAD LOPPER has returned to the stands this month (check out our latest print ad in it!) which kicks off the latest arc. If you're new to Andrew's work, go grab a copy at your local comics shop. And then check back tomorrow at 9AM PDT for your shot at an early page! Good luck!

Catching up on news from the past week, Nic Klein's first-ever THOR art which we made available for offers, has SOLD! Once again, we are all sold out of Nic's THOR. However, we have a great new cover coming up in October...keep watching!

As well, Filipe Andrade's 2021 commission list sold out instantly. We originally capped it at 25, but Filipe agreed to expand it to 30 due to the extreme demand. Now it's REALLY closed! Remember, all commission opportunites are offered exclusively to subscribers of this newsletter, so keep an eye out for announcements in your inbox!

Leslie Hung's SNOTGIRL #15 original art issue sold complete at the drop last week. There are still some great sketches left, though, so check them out if you haven't already. Just a heads-up, this is the last art we will be getting from Leslie for a while. However, we do have other complete issues of SNOTGIRL available, so write me if interested!

Chris Burnham's DETECTIVE COMICS #1027 special issue story has also sold complete. This 8-page story featured a reunion with his long-time Batman collaborator, superstar writer Grant Morrison! And featured the first appearance of their latest creation, The Silver Ghost! Read more about The Silver Ghost here, here, and here! This was THE key story in this special event issue. We will have more 8-page stories from DC soon. These are a great entry point for anyone who wants a complete story, without committing to a complete issue. We held our lucky drawing for Daniel Warren Johnson's Quarantine Edition Sketch Giveaway! Daniel will normally give away three sketches during the holidays...for the Quarantine Edition, he gave away SIX! Winners have been notified, congrats to them!
