With his unique signature style and mastery of screen tones, James has become perhaps the most admired-- and imitated-- young artist of this generation by his peers. Not surprisingly, art collectors have been equally enamored from the beginning; James' commission lists have always sold out. And he's only gotten better over the years.

The use of screen tones have now become common place, but it all started with James. Then the rest of our group. Which in turn has inspired so many other artists...you see them everywhere now!

James has thus set out to challenge himself and add a new tool to his arsenal: Colors. If you've followed him on social media, you've seen some of his early efforts. The reaction has been beyond enthusiastic...for him and for us. Collectors couldn't snap up the ones we got fast enough.

James now feels comfortable enough with this new skill to offer this special opportunity: Your choice of character in color on 8.5X11 art board. We will take a long list, but spots will go fast, so write me ASAP. Please note as well, James will no longer be doing the intensive large-scale pen/ink/tones commissions as he has in the past. So this will also be your only chance to get any custom art from him for the foreseeable future. This will be his only list of any kind for 2020.

Comic art is inconsequential relative to things we have to deal with in the real world; but our shared love of our favorite art form unites us, and I hope it can provide a welcome respite for anyone who wants a break from the news. We will continue to post new art here and on social media...no need to buy, just feel free to enjoy all the fantastic art created by our super-talented artists!
