A new Batman classic rises!: All-new HAYDEN SHERMAN / BATMAN: DARK PATTERNS #3 original art drops tomorrow, Friday, March 28th, at 9AM PDT/12PM EDT!

The new superstar artist behind smash hit ABSOLUTE WONDER WOMAN is actually working on a SECOND hit book at the same time...this one with Batman!

BATMAN: DARK PATTERNS is prime Batman as detective...carried out to its ultimate conclusion. The Dark Knight in SILENCE OF THE LAMBS or SEVEN, with the introduction of the terrifying new villain, The Wound Man. The reviews are uniformly ecstatic through all issues to date, especially for Hayden's revelatory art. This is a modern noir/horror classic in the making!

(Note: The art for BATMAN: DARK PATTERNS is very different from ABSOLUTE WONDER WOMAN, especially in the emphasis on heavy black inks. As an experiment to save time, Hayden has printed out some of the spot blacks for this issue (primarily borders and large black areas). However, all the figures and key elements are hand-inked. Going forward, everything will be hand-inked.)

Issue #1 was sold complete and we are currently negotiating the potential complete sale of issue #2. So this will likely be the earliest art available.
