Stephen Green's SEA OF STARS #6 original art drops tomorrow, Thursday September 10th, at 9AM PDT/12PM EDT! All pages plus cover!

SEA OF STARS has been one of Image Comics' biggest critical and commercial hits of the last year. No surprise, given the pedigree: Superstar writer Jason Aaron and his hand-picked artistic collaborator, our own Stephen Green! The first trade collection was released this summer to massive sales, and now the series returns for its second arc with issue #6!

Stephen started out his career with a bang, with Mignolaverse stints on HELLBOY and LOBSTER JOHNSON, but it was all preparation for this, his most personal work. Only a creator-owned project would allow him to fully stretch and show off his unique blend of influences, from Jack Kirby to Hayao Miyazaki to Pixar to THE NEVERENDING STORY, and beyond!

All our previously released SoS art has nearly sold out. The next issue, #7, is all-digital, so there's no art for that. Issue #6, the first issue for this second arc, represents a high point for the series to date. Stephen has taken everything he's learned along the way and sharpened his creative edge. The results are right here on the art board. All of it, nothing left for digital enhancements. The cover, especially, is a marvel. A perfect representative example for the series, and if I had to bet, something that will be used for the eventual trade cover.
