And with this latest episode, I am announcing that the podcast will go on hiatus for now. Thanks to everyone who has followed the show for these past three years. It's been a pleasure to do, and I've always enjoyed the feedback from listeners and fellow collectors. I hope to get back to it down the road, so keep watching!
As well, Felix Comic Art will be undergoing some changes. In the past four years, it's been my honor to work with so many fantastically talented artists (and genuinely good people). It's also been my honor to serve all the collectors out there, old and new. I want to thank every one of you for your enthusiastic patronage, support, encouragement, and positive feedback. It's made working hard at building this business and community, not seem that hard. Or even work. With heartfelt sincerity, Felix Comic Art wouldn't be where we are without you.
So I'm letting you all know now that I have a family matter that requires my full attention. I will still be closely involved with Felix Comic Art. But I just won't be as fast or responsive as I have been. That's something I've always prided myself on, so I just ask for your understanding if I'm not at my usual standard. I'll be transitioning some of this work to the very lovable and capable (and best friend in the world), Yams, including show appearances. I ask everyone to forgive any occasional hiccups that might arise. I hope my track record will be enough that everyone knows I always do my best. And with help from some great friends, Felix Comic Art will be back at full strength before long.
That said, I want to still assist these artists, and continue to bring you the greatest modern comic art, to the best of my current ability. In fact, we will have new art from someone I've been working with a while to bring on the site. The time is right for him, so stay tuned soon for more news!
Thanks to you all for everything, including your understanding during this transition period. As always, feel free to shoot me any questions (but just remember that you won't necessarily get an instaneous response as before). Talk soon!
Felix
