SDFC 2024 Day Five Surprise Drop #3 is one I'm sure few of you saw coming. After years of dreaming Filipe would make art available from this beloved modern classic, the moment has arrived!

THE MANY DEATHS OF LAILA STARR is indeed a beloved classic modern work. On the aggregate review site ComicBookRoundup, it has achieved an impossible 9.8/10 across all five issues, making it the best reviewed comic ever recorded by CBR. Incredible.

Filipe's art has been especially appreciated in Europe, where LAILA has already been published in multiple deluxe editions, including an upcoming Artist's Edition in France. Its future as an evergreen work is all but assured, with a movie adaptation as the icing on the cake.

Since its release, no other title has inspired more inquires about the original art, including complete issues, than LAILA. Filipe has had no desire to let any go. But he's now offering this very special art to commemorate our 10th anniversary. We couldn't be more honored.
